Derived from thousands of years of Chinese experience in the healing arts and sciences, Qigong – the foundation of Tai Chi – is a powerful way of healing and staying healthy. It is a gentle and simple exercise that helps guide Qi (Chi) through the body – clearing the mind, removing stagnation and blockages, strengthening the internal organs, improving balance and flexibility. The practice of Qigong cultivates peace and inner harmony, assisting one in improving their health.
